DESCRIPTION
While the previous chapter explained some principles and strategies to achieve carbon neutrality with examples from student projects, this chapter is about carbon neutrality in practice and is divided in three sections with examples from my professional practice. The first section is also about architecture with social responsibility using an author’s project; the next section discusses integrated strategies to achieve carbon neutrality using another project as a case study. Finally, the third section discusses the design process and the digital and analog tools that can be used to achieve high performing buildings.
