ABSTRACT
Chapters 6, 7 and 8 have discussed the possibility of a new development model in general. The following three chapters focus on how China should construct a solution specific to its particular circumstances, providing a comprehensive overview of how a new development model can be implemented. We may employ a set of rules here – the safety rule, the minimum rule, the equivalence and priority rules. From these, a series of further rules compliant with a new development model can then be extrapolated.
