Educational Administrators and Their Staffs The term administrators refers to educational personnel who are appointed to direct the conduct of schooling at national, state, schooldistrict, and school levels. Administrators serve in policy-making and supervisory roles. They do not teach students, nor do they usually carry out such services as counseling, testing, tutoring, nursing, transporting, or serving lunch.
