ABSTRACT
Culture, communication and information are central to the important political struggles in our time. It has become quite clear to me, in the course of studying totalitarianism, especially in studying the Nazis, that culture is the principle object of dictatorship. My observations at the United Nations have made it even clearer to me that the control of truth or more precisely, the control of the conception of reality, is the principle objective of the totalitarians.
