ABSTRACT

This chapter aims at analysing an example of user integration in the development of a climate-friendly product. The investigation will focus on organisational learning results and intends to identify factors that influence organisational learning. Given the dearth of empirical experience with organisational learning from user integration, the case study is intended to close this gap. This allows me to discuss the hypotheses put forward in Section 4.6. The analysis follows the empirical design described in the previous chapter.
