ABSTRACT

In each scenario discussed in Section III, we will utilize the GVV framework to discuss how to address values conflicts in the legal profession. Specifically, we ask three primary questions: (1) what is at stake for the key parties; (2)�what arguments or rationalizations will the person wishing to voice his or her values likely encounter; and (3) what strategies can the person wishing to voice his or her values use to counter these arguments and plot a course of action?
