ABSTRACT
If the individual assumed his modern form at the moment of the blossoming of the ‘economic’ – a realm that he deemed himself capable of mastering since he had created it – nevertheless he had begun to think himself independent much earlier – in the Greece of the 5th century BC, through the setting up of the ‘concept’. Before being the owner of his life and goods he had been the owner of his words (according to the sophists). That’s why we’re going to take a look at language, especially since it now offers us innovative means of thinking.
