ABSTRACT
How the land use and site characteristics of SECs directly influence the commute choices of SEC employees and local traffic conditions is studied in this chapter. While Chapter 5 focused on variations in different work site and travel variables among SEC groups, here we shall directly model land use-transportation relationships within SECs.
