ABSTRACT
Compared to the previous presentations of the MCPD system structure, from the already published material, this chapter will emphasize the mechanism for choosing the most profitable productivity improvement projects, projects chosen to achieve MCI consistently. The basis of this mechanism is to set and achieve the annual MCI targets, aiming at achieving a continuous and harmonious transformation of the entire manufacturing flow of each PFC and the entire company, depending on the market signals, according to the need for manufacturing profit—constant profit to ensure the existence and development of the company—and according to the current state of the company’s main processes. At the same time, it will address the method of implementing profitable productivity improvement projects to achieve the annual MCI targets.
