ABSTRACT
In the first part of this chapter the findings related to program institutionalization are summarized. The second part addresses the implications of the study related to the following issues: change in independent schools; program development; and the role of affective education in independent schools. These particular issues were selected because they are closely associated with institutionalization and community service.
