ABSTRACT
This final chapter deals with the strategy, implementation, implications and problems and prospects of the Islamic model of administrative development in the contemporary Muslim world. How can plans and programmes be implemented? What are the informal and formal methods of implementation? What are the implications as to what must be changed? Who are the change-agents? And what is the impact of such changes on the societies concerned? These and other issues will be explored in the following pages.
