ABSTRACT
After a thorough analysis of the underlying dynamics of sexual offenses and the sexual offender, the question “Why sex?” remains one of the most important treatment issues that may take many years to resolve. It also is the question that the offender must answer fully before any progress can be made or any recommendations for treatment promotion to PRN status can be given.
