ABSTRACT

Objective Good-bye is not an easy word to say, particularly within the context of a therapist-client rela-

tionship. The purpose of this activity is to provide closure for the end of therapy with a family. The therapist and family create a book that outlines what was accomplished in therapy. This book can then be used as a summary of the therapy process and given to a transferring therapist, or the family can keep it as a reminder of the changes they have made in therapy.
