ABSTRACT
Objective The objectives of this activity are fourfold. First, this creative and fun activity assists families
by giving them a tool for forming effective working relationships and enhancing family functioning. Second, the described game provides the opportunity for individual family members to self-identify and to appreciate their primary personality characteristics, which in turn identifies the group personality. Third, participation in the activity develops collaborative working relationships based on the strengths and weaknesses of individual members and promotes respectful teamwork. Fourth, it offers an opportunity for improving interpersonal communication skills and for enhancing problem-solving skills, while valuing diversity of styles.
