ABSTRACT
The hatred against the strict and rejecting mother appeared clearly in the relationship between the conductor. The feelings of envy are not always directly recognizable, one can sense them in the 'poisoned' atmosphere and the tendency to devalue the conductor's interpretations. The destructive personality parts are projected to the outside in order to defend oneself against anxiety and feelings of guilt. It is important to recognize the envy in communications about this sort of detail concerning the conductor and to work them through. The ego-weakness is due to the unresolved relationship patterns which, instead of being integrated into the personality, have been split off and are constantly ready to be projected on to other people. Such an extremely bad relationship can arise simply from lack of maternal care or it can be that the supposedly caring mother experienced the child as part of herself.
