ABSTRACT
Communities matter. Like families, communities have their own ecology, spirit, dynamic, and flow. Much of our community work is anchored in the principles of family. Communities too often only rally around events of celebration or disaster. Recent events provide examples of communities gathering and galvanizing around injustices.
