ABSTRACT
As stated in the introduction, the main objective of this book has been to provide a critical assessment and comprehensive overview of Scandinavian politics as provided by leading experts in the fields of Scandinavian comparative politics, foreign policy and public administration. The authors have critically discussed the state of the art in the field and identified the main characteristics of contemporary Scandinavian politics together with the most important trends.
