ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter I examined how an institution can assess its readiness for implementing a large-scale learning analytics initiative. This chapter outlines some of the more detailed areas of activity to consider in the planning stages. It is not intended to be completely comprehensive and will certainly need to be tailored for each institution’s unique circumstances.
