ABSTRACT
This book set out to provide readers with a series of maps and frameworks with which to navigate the phenomenon of governing through regulation. Having now been on that journey, it is time to reflect. These reflections proceed in two parts. The first part synthesises the book’s various insights into several key lessons. The second part concludes with some brief final words about the book’s examination of the regulatory endeavour.
