ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the tone of the book changes from a commentary on entrepreneurs in China to a series of suggestions on how to work with these entrepreneurs and build a presence in that country. The emphasis is on offering suggestions and advice, and the tone is more direct. As with any set of recommendations, they are neither instructions nor prerequisites, but rather guidelines to consider and adapt. They should not, however, replace direct experience. The most effective means of learning about doing business with Chinese entrepreneurs is through direct engagement.
