ABSTRACT
Catherine was in Year 9 (14 years old) and she had been sent to me (school counsellor) due to her behaviour in art. Catherine stormed in and sat making no eye contact. As per usual I started to ask Catherine about her day, what had happened etc. No response. Th inking quickly I produced the movie Good Will Hunting and skipped straight to the scene where the counsellor, Robin Williams, sat for an hour in silence with the client, Matt Damon, and nothing was said. Catherine looked at the scene and at the end I explained to Catherine that if she ever needed to talk to me about anything I was always here to help.
