ABSTRACT
In the previous chapters, I have argued that law and morality are essentially ambiguous concepts. This idea provides an analytical framework that leads to a better understanding of debates in jurisprudence between natural law, legal positivism and interpretivism. Moreover, it provides a new understanding of the relations between law and morality.
