ABSTRACT
The background provided earlier in this book leaves little doubt that in future, India will be an active participant and significant influence in geopolitical power relations, and this chapter will examine which entities will be affected by India’s growing power and how a more dominant India will affect the positions of the US, its allies and the EU, all of which currently have close political ties to India. We will begin with an overview of some of India’s strengths that are likely to make it a key player in the global power game.
