ABSTRACT
Seing up a project review process can entail substantial commitment from the
organization. Senior people need to be freed from project activities in order to
undertake reviews. Investment may need to be made in training and support
structures. How do we balance this investment against other options, such
as project management training? Project managers may feel that the process
signals lack of trust in their capabilities and their willingness to share accurate
status information. How do we deal with these concerns?
