ABSTRACT
There must be no fear of delivering a topsy-turvy explanation, as this is precisely the interpretative tactic mandated by a world dominated by paradoxes, inequalities and opposing interests. In this way, it is time to turn our approach upside-down, going back to the realm of communicational rationality and focusing on local relations and micro-processes.
