ABSTRACT
From this observation we get the impression that charisma, for Prime Minister Disraeli, stemmed from a desire to bolster others whereas Prime Minister Gladstone’s charisma was tinged with an inflated sense of his own importance. We observed that many of the project leaders interviewed tended towards the former more positive kind of charisma, to which they added resilience, determination and courage.
