Think about your firm. Is it innovative enough? How would you answer that question? Is your answer based on a comparison of your firm with your competitors – do they seem to introduce more new services than you do? Do they have a reputation for innovation in the market that your firm doesn’t? Or is your answer based on the rate of improvement within your firm – is it slower than you would like? Or does it simply ‘feel’ not innovative enough – it lacks ‘the buzz’ of an innovative place, it lacks the quantity of new ideas for new services, new ways of working or it simply lacks the level of ongoing change that you would like to see.
