ABSTRACT
Risk can have a serious impact on an organization, its people and the communities in which it operates. How we identify and respond to risks will affect our performance, including safety aspects like our goal of reaching zero accidents. Our approach to risk will also affect how our organizations are viewed in the public eye. Effectively managing risk is therefore at the core of organizational success. It’s also the cornerstone of our work in safety too.
