ABSTRACT

This chapter provides concrete guidance to someone who intends to start a microdrone business. Whenever possible, it provides templates and explains actual choices that are plausible with respect to physical and human resources, marketing, and financial management. The number of permutations of all the choices that are legitimate and might lead to a successful business is enormous, however. Any effort to consider all of them would be unwieldy. Accordingly, the chapter supplements analysis of particular pathways to success with checklists of other possibilities an entrepreneur should consider.
