ABSTRACT

His statements mention Kṛṣṇa at a number of places, “Without the grace of Kṛṣṇa, water has never stayed and will not stay in the water pot. But His wish can turn the impossible into possible.”1 Similarly, śabda-14 is completely dedicated to Kṛṣṇa.2 In śabda-16, he says, “O Jats! I have preached to you. This is evidence of the grace of Kṛṣṇa.” In several of his sayings, Viṣṇu also is mentioned, “O Person! Only that Viṣṇu will help you sail your boat like a boatman Kevat. So just meditate on Him.”3 In śabda-70, he says, “Kṛṣṇa is the final truth and one who does good deeds for Kṛṣṇa succeeds in his efforts.”4 In śabda-33, he glorifies Kṛṣṇa’s BhG, “The BhG is not just a poem to be sung in music but it is a color that brings back colors in a broken piece, i.e., it removes the ignorance.”5
