ABSTRACT
These key stakeholders are often referred to as the project organisation when outlined hierarchically. However, given that the terminology is also used to describe an overall organisational structure that caters exclusively for projects as noted earlier, we will only refer to these stakeholders as the ‘key stakeholders’.
