ABSTRACT
Chapter 3 focused on the market access, forms and legal status of foreign-funded banks in China. This chapter examines the status quo of China’s banking law framework, the position of foreign-funded banks and Chinese-funded banks in that framework, and then discusses the problems of the framework.
