ABSTRACT

The execution stage of the project is ready to begin. The planning, the selection of the project team and the contractors and consultants, and the drafting and signing of all or most of the contracts have largely been completed. Now comes the moment of truth. Will the project manager be able to keep things under control once the actual construction, production, or assembly starts? Will he or she be able to deliver the final product on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level?
