ABSTRACT
The managerial organization is the backbone of any project, public or private, in an almost literal sense. Like bundles of nerve fibers running through the spine of a living organism, management teams transmit information from the top of a project organization to the bottom and back again. If that information becomes blocked at any point-particularly at a point high up in the management structure-paralysis of the organization can easily develop.
