1. Concept and significance of the contract of agency. A contract of agency is used when citizens or socialist organizations are not able to carry out legal acts without the participation of another party. For instance, citizens seek legal advice in entrusting a lawyer to carry out their affairs in court, to formulate rights to inheritance, and to perform other legal acts. The contract of agency is used in the selling of goods on credit when workers and employees entrust a part of their earnings to their enterprise to cancel the credit. Citizens often perform agency contracts for each other while carrying out comradely services (accepting earned wages on the basis of agency, sending mail, etc.).
