ABSTRACT
It is important when we are considering how to use the outdoor classroom that we look at other settings and learn from their experiences. This chapter looks at three establishments, working with different age ranges and in varying localities in the UK. In each of these locations, Forest School-style learning is established and already takes place on a regular basis and each one has made its own alterations to the Forest School model to make it work for them and the children in their care.
