MARCH OF THE MINI THUGS Teeny thugs have chalked up an all time record for violence in Scotland. There’s been a massive 24% rise in serious crime among kids. The number of kids reported for serious assaults in 1988 was 280 - Up 54 on the previous year and DOUBLE the 1980 figure. (Daily Record, 12 July 1990)
