Sex, the Body and Sexuality in Organizations

Women who wear low-cut, backless, or short items of clothing are seen as provocative. If a woman who wears such clothes is harassed, assaulted, or raped the response might be ‘Well she asked for it.’ Is this a fair or reasonable response?
