ABSTRACT
The most interesting aspect of problem-solving is why people fail to use a process either on their own problems or to facilitate teams in solving problems. The key obstacle is the perceived reality of the situation, in other words, the Catch-22 circular logic that says: The reason we don’t use problem-solving techniques or process to solve problems is because that isn’t the way work is done around here.’
