Once stakeholders are sold on the value of work-life supports, how should leaders implement them and lead the process of adaptation and change management within the organization? The companies that are having the most success with work-life supports are those that are taking proactive steps to implement them. They are managing to a formula for change and are seeking to win over employees and leaders in terms of both hearts and minds. Success comes from providing ample information to help people move through a process to adapt to and adopt changes. Finally, success depends on measuring the effects of work-life support in order to prove return on the investment and continuously improve the process.
