ABSTRACT
If you have a personal sense of efficacy such that you can tackle challenges and see a plan through to completion, you can achieve far greater results if you can lead others to join you or build their own sense of efficacy. Think of some leaders you’ve known, whether those you personally followed or those written about throughout history. What was it about them that endowed them with such a presence that caused others to follow?
