ABSTRACT

Without a robust and adequate set of foundations a house can be started but it just will not stand up or allow for any additions to it. The BPM House is no different. If you are simply executing various individual BPM projects, then foundations are not nearly as essential as when you are executing a process-focused organizational business transformation via a BPM program of work. In this chapter, we will explore the creation and maintenance of these BPM Foundations, always ensuring they are robust enough to last well beyond the immediate needs.
