ABSTRACT
This study proposes to examine the effects of the suprapersonal environment on the residential satisfaction and subjective well-being of elders living in an urban environment. An Urban Ecological Model of Aging (see Figures 1 and 2), was developed from person environment interaction theory, macro-micro linkage theory, and previous research. The model is applied here to answer the research questions posed.
