ABSTRACT
As Marxists, we can expect that the establishment of worker self-government should lead to considerable changes in productive relations, and that these changes in turn should condition and produce equally major changes in the political superstructure. The question of a thoroughgoing coordination of the political system was only a question of time. That coordination, of course, has been in progress for a long time, so that the preconditions have been created for a radical reform.
