This book also includes the rest of the children in the class, the year group and, in a few cases, the entire school, as well as the family. A child cannot help himself alone. Any intervention has to include those around him. I think that the responsibility for changing behaviour is a shared responsibility between the child and his peers, teachers and family. They all have to change their role in the story.
