Introduction

This book How to Be a Brilliant Teaching Assistant acknowledges the key role that teaching assistants play in supporting teaching and learning and has been inspired by the many teaching assistants (TAs) we have worked with over the years. Throughout this book we stress that becoming brilliant is not an end point but a continuous journey.
