ABSTRACT
The last chapter was all about discussing the basic quantity-based Learning Curve forms and their properties. One recurring theme was that Learning Curves are empirical relation ships . . . there is no ‘one size fits all’, and that different organisations, industries, projects and even individuals will demonstrate different rates of improvement even if the basic work content is similar. This comes down to the specific experiences we and they encounter and whether the environment supports and enables a continuous improvement process.
