ABSTRACT
The Conclusion returns to a unifying theme of the book, namely, that the only way in which the world’s most intractable problems – global inequality, climate change, nuclear proliferation, and so on – can be adequately addressed is by means of international law. The book’s subtitle is “Our Common Future.” However, perhaps a more accurate subtitle would be this: “Our Only Future.”
