This closing substantive chapter focuses on groups of individuals who remain vulnerable in virtually all societies: migrants, women, children, members of the LBGTQ community, indigenous populations, and persons with disabilities. To what extent has international law protected these vulnerable populations – and to what extent has it failed to do so?
