The correspondence continued, but much of the content over the following 2 months was confined to further obsessive rambling on my part about social constructionism in general and Rorty’s arguments in particular. At first, Paul responded graciously, but then grew impatient, called a halt to further discussion of the topic, and wrote a version of constructionist thought that he considered appropriate to the subject matter of psychology. More on that later.
